Booking a call
Booking a discovery call is free. It does not purchase a product, reserve service capacity or create an enterprise service agreement. Any commercial engagement requires a separate agreement with Dot.
Provide accurate contact information and book only for yourself or someone you are authorized to represent. The page displays the appointment in your selected timezone. Check the date, time and email before confirming.
Confirmation and meeting details
The confirmation page shows your booking’s current status. If calendar confirmation is pending, the invitation or meeting link is not ready yet. When scheduling is handled manually, the Dot team will follow up with the call details. Check your inbox and spam folder, and contact us if you have not received them.
Calls using Google Meet are also subject to the applicable Google terms. Booking with Dot does not require you to give us access to your personal calendar.
Changes and cancellations
You can cancel using the option on your booking confirmation, when available, or email sales@usedot.xyz. For a different time or other changes, contact us. We may need to reschedule or cancel a call and will use your booking contact details to let you know.
Keep your booking receipt private: it provides access to that reservation’s status and cancellation controls.
Use of the service
Do not submit spam, make reservations you do not intend to attend, impersonate another person or interfere with the booking service. We may decline or cancel abusive or misleading requests.
Share only information needed to prepare for the call. Do not include credentials, payment information or confidential material requiring a separate confidentiality agreement. Booking data is handled as described in our booking privacy policy.
Service availability
Availability and delivery of invitations depend on the booking service, email and calendar providers. If something fails, contact us so we can arrange the call directly. These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
